3 Exercises to Lose Fat Fast



Would you like to look better in a swimsuit? Maybe you want to attract the eye of a member of the opposite sex? Well, in order to do so you might need to lose a few pounds. Thankfully, there are methods of exercise that can help you lose fat fast, and I will describe three of the best ones here.

1. Running: Probably the most efficient method of cardiovascular exercise in terms of calories burned per distance traveled over land, if you attack it with enough intensity. You can run to lose fat outside, or inside on a treadmill. Treadmills can give you a detailed account of how much fat you are losing, but it is often much more fun to run outside if the weather permits. When I lived in Tucson, AZ, I used to love getting up in the morning and running a few city blocks in the winter when the weather was nice. After this I would shower and then go on with my day. Try starting a few of your days like this when the weather is nice, I guarantee it is an invigorating way to lose fat.

2. Biking: This method of cardio does not burn off as many calories per distance traveled as running because you have a machine that make travel easier. Still, this is a fun way to lose weight! You can do it inside on a stationary bike or you can do it outside by yourself or in groups. There are many organizations that operate at the local level for bicycling enthusiasts, and they sponsor weekly bike rides which can be a lot of fun. If you like bicycling, check to see if there is a club in your area!

3. Swimming: Another exercise that you can do indoors or outdoors. This exercise burns more calories per distance traveled in water than any other method. It can also be a great way to meet people and be social. You can go to the beach and swim with your friends, and perhaps meet some new people there too. You may want to invest in a pair of goggles if you are going to be swimming regularly, as they do help a lot when you are in the water!
